"We have a tie for first place this year.
Between 15 Rickie Place, Patricia and Kevin Doucet. Kevin's ingenuity has been stopping traffic on Rickie Place. He has synchronized 9 Christmas theme songs with a computerized light show tuned into his own radio station 92.7FM and our other winner is Linda and Pete Therien of 25 Melanie Crescent. The Therien's are no strangers to this contest. The Therien's have been lightening up Glen Cairn for quite a few years. Their efforts have rubbed off on their neighbours. Once again Melanie Cres. has earned the Honours for "Best Street" narrowing beating out Winchester Drive.
The Doucet's and Therien's hard work should be enjoyed by all this Holiday Season. A special thank you goes out to Hazeldean Mall and Home Hardware Kanata for providing the prizes.
